What We Do

The Inflatable Nightclub is BC’s mobile club-in-a-box, now taking bookings across Abbotsford. The pitch is dead simple: a 20×20 ft inflatable nightclub arrives at your event, gets inflated and powered up inside an hour, and turns whatever space you’ve got into a proper party venue for the night. Inside you’ll find real sound, stage lighting, fog machines, and proper climate control; outside you’ll find a host who isn’t stressed because we took care of everything. Celebrations ranging from kids’ birthdays to wedding receptions, grad parties to corporate summer events all fit the format, and every booking has a free 20-minute planning call built in. Why This Exists

Go ask five people about the last great party they threw and you’ll probably hear five stories about things going sideways; the DJ cancelled, the venue fell through, the speaker system sounded like a hairdryer. Party infrastructure is surprisingly unreliable, and most of the stress of hosting comes from stitching together a dozen different moving parts. We wanted to consolidate the biggest ones into a single product. With the inflatable, you get the space, the sound, the lighting, the atmosphere, and the technical reliability from one source; one booking, one invoice, one team showing up and doing it all. That consolidation is what makes the whole thing feel easy even when the guest list is 50 people deep.

An event worth remembering: Our north star is simple; when guests leave your party, they should be talking about it. The equipment, the setup, the vibe; all of it is dialled toward that outcome.

Hosting without the anxiety: The whole point of throwing a party is enjoying it. If a host is running around fixing things all night, we haven’t done our job. End-to-end handling is the default, not the upsell.

Adaptable to any guest mix: A 7-year-old’s glow party, a 50-year-old’s milestone, a wedding where the grandparents hit the dance floor; our format works across age ranges because the atmosphere does the heavy lifting.

Community-rooted: We operate with local DJs, caterers, and bar vendors rather than outsourcing to big corporate partners. The money that flows through our events largely stays in the area.

Abbotsford has a personality all its own; a blend of Fraser Valley space, acreage properties, close-knit family neighbourhoods, and a steady stream of big life moments to celebrate. Events up on Sumas Mountain with sprawling yards and panoramic views are some of the most fun setups we’ve done, while properties through West Abbotsford, East Abbotsford, and central neighbourhoods around Clearbrook bring their own charm. Rural Matsqui properties fit the inflatable perfectly when a full-on outdoor venue feel is what the host is after. Whether you’re on a quarter acre or an acreage, a 20×20 ft level spot plus power is all we need to set things in motion. Indoor venues across Abbotsford also work when conditions are right.

What Gets Booked in Abbotsford

Abbotsford bookings tend to run bigger in scale and warmer in tone; family celebrations where extended relatives fly in, milestone weddings where the guest list isn’t small, and community-centred events that feel like real gatherings. Big birthdays fill the calendar year-round; 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s all regulars. Wedding receptions on rural and semi-rural properties give the inflatable room to shine, especially when paired with glow furniture for a fully decked-out outdoor club look. Grad season is massive here; Abbotsford Senior, Yale, Robert Bateman, and plenty of post-secondary celebrations from UFV keep us booked solid from April onward. Corporate events from Abbotsford-based businesses have picked up a lot, along with kids’ parties, stag/hen nights, engagement events, and Taylor Swift or glow-themed bookings.
