About Us

We’re Havn Hosting, a vacation rental management company built by property owners who were tired of handling everything alone. From creating listings and optimizing rates to answering guest questions, scheduling turnovers, and looking after your property; we run the daily operations so you can focus elsewhere. Our founders Lucas, Carissa, Kit, and Jenny are Airbnb Superhosts with units that consistently place in the platform’s top 10%. We started this business based on our own rental ownership experience; we know what works because we’ve tested it on our own places.
